From the Classroom to the Closing Table — and Beyond
For over 25 years, I've built my life around one purpose: empowering others to step into the fullness of what's possible for them.
I'm Stephanie Denise — twin mom, licensed Realtor, published author, and ordained pastor. My journey began in elementary education, where I spent a quarter century teaching, mentoring, and watching people grow. That foundation never left me. It simply expanded.
When I discovered the power of real estate investing, I used it to build financial freedom — and realized I had a responsibility to show others how to do the same. Today, I help buyers, sellers, and investors create the life they've always envisioned, not just find a house.
My work goes deeper than real estate. I'm the author of 21 Days of Faith: Finding Your Purpose and Let's Talk About Finance For Women — two books rooted in the belief that financial clarity and spiritual purpose go hand in hand. I've served as an ordained minister and pastor for 7 years, walking alongside families and communities through life's most meaningful transitions.
Academically, I hold a Bachelor's degree from CSU East Bay, a K–12 Multiple Subject Teaching Credential, and a Master of Divinity from Pacific School of Religion. I've completed doctoral coursework in Public Theology at Berkeley School of Theology and am currently finishing my dissertation.
